Bay & Bow Window
Replacement & Installation

Bay and bow windows are designed to do more than simply let light into a room.

By extending outward from the home, these windows create additional visual space, expand views, and bring in more natural light than traditional flat windows. They can transform the look and feel of a room while adding architectural interest both inside and out.

Whether you're replacing an existing bay or bow window or considering one as part of a larger renovation, these window styles can help create a brighter, more open living space.

Our Process

Our Window Replacement and Installation Process

Michigan winters don't forgive failing seals or poor installs, and if you've already tried getting this fixed once, you know how frustrating it is to deal with contractors who show up late, skip the details, or leave you hanging mid-job.

It doesn't have to be like that.

STEP 1: Free Consultation

An experienced technician comes to your home, evaluates your windows, takes measurements, and walks you through your options, no pressure. Most consultations take less than an hour. We'll talk through your goals (energy efficiency, aesthetics, budget) and give you our honest take. That includes telling you when a less expensive option makes just as much sense as a premium one.

Step 2: Custom Order & Timeline

All windows are made to fit your exact measurements, nothing off a shelf, so windows typically take 4–6 weeks. We'll send you an update when they're ordered and again once we have a ship date, so we can lock in your install day.

Step 3: Installation Day

Before we touch anything, we protect your floors, furniture, and landscaping using drop cloths, runners, plastic sheeting, and boot covers.

Then we remove the old units, inspect the opening for rot or moisture damage, and install your new windows with proper sealing and insulation.

After that, we trim and seal inside and out, clean up completely, and do a walk-through with you before we leave, and we take all the debris with us.

When Should You Replace Your Bay & Bow Windows?

Bay and bow windows are exposed to the same wear and weather conditions as any other window in your home.

Common signs it may be time for replacement include:

  • Drafts around the window
  • Condensation between panes of glass
  • Water intrusion around the frame
  • Visible deterioration of the window structure
  • Difficulty operating venting window sections
  • Sagging, settling, or damage around the window area
  • Rising heating and cooling costs

Replacing an aging bay or bow window can improve comfort, energy efficiency, and appearance while helping restore one of your home's most distinctive features.
