Your Window Replacement Should Come With Peace of Mind
Here’s What You Can Expect
Every consultation is handled by someone who actually understands windows and their installation, not a inexperienced salesperson working from a script. When we come to your home, we're looking at your specific windows, your trim situation, and what will actually hold up in a Michigan climate. The recommendations you get are honest, straightforward, and based on what makes sense for your home.

Our Process
Our Window Replacement and Installation Process
Michigan winters don't forgive failing seals or poor installs, and if you've already tried getting this fixed once, you know how frustrating it is to deal with contractors who show up late, skip the details, or leave you hanging mid-job.
It doesn't have to be like that.
STEP 1: Free Consultation
An experienced technician comes to your home, evaluates your windows, takes measurements, and walks you through your options, no pressure. Most consultations take less than an hour. We'll talk through your goals (energy efficiency, aesthetics, budget) and give you our honest take. That includes telling you when a less expensive option makes just as much sense as a premium one.
Step 2: Custom Order & Timeline
All windows are made to fit your exact measurements, nothing off a shelf, so windows typically take 4–6 weeks. We'll send you an update when they're ordered and again once we have a ship date, so we can lock in your install day.
Step 3: Installation Day
Before we touch anything, we protect your floors, furniture, and landscaping using drop cloths, runners, plastic sheeting, and boot covers.
Then we remove the old units, inspect the opening for rot or moisture damage, and install your new windows with proper sealing and insulation.
After that, we trim and seal inside and out, clean up completely, and do a walk-through with you before we leave, and we take all the debris with us.

When Should You Replace Your Windows?
Most homeowners wait longer than they should. Here are the signs it's time:
- You feel a draft near closed windows
- There's condensation or fog between the panes
- Your energy bills have crept up without explanation
- Windows are difficult to open, close, or lock
- There's visible damage, rot, or water staining around the frame
If you're asking the question, it's probably worth having someone take a look.
